Our Studio consists of a large room on the ground floor that serves as the living, dining and bedroom. The kitchen is located in an adjoining room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The gallery with the balcony on the upper floor can be used as an additional bedroom.
Unser Studio bietet Platz über zwei Etagen, wobei sich Eßraum/Küche und Bad im Erdgeschoß befinden. Schlafmöglichkeiten finden sich im Erdgeschoß und Obergeschoß, wo bei gutem Wetter auch ein Balkon zum Verweilen genutzt werden kann.
Amenities:
Wifi, access to the fully equipped kitchen, access to the terrace, access to the balcony (if the weather permits), towels and bed linens.
Ausstattung:
Es besteht Zugang zu einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küche. Nutzbar sind ferner ein Balkon, eine Terrasse und ein Aufenthaltsraum. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Wifi ist vorhanden.
Parking:
Free parking space is available in front of the Studio, and no reservation is necessary.
Parken:
Parkraum kann kostenfrei genutzt warden. Fahrräder können in einer verschließbaren Garage trocken und sicher abgestellt werden.
Housekeeping:
We are happy to arrange an extensive, professional cleaning service, if required (30 Euro per service).
Service:
Auf Wunsch bieten wir einen umfassenden Zimmerreinigungsservice (30 Euro pro Service).
Check-in/out:
Check-in from 2pm to 7pm / Check-out by 11am.
Please inform us of the approximate arrival time in advance. Any late arrival after 7pm should be informed in advance.

Die Möglichkeit zum Einchecken besteht zwischen 14.00 und 19:00 Uhr. Selbstverständlich kann nach vorheriger Vereinbarung auch außerhalb dieser Zeiten eingecheckt werden. Bitte informieren Sie uns rechtzeitig über die zu erwartende Ankunftszeit.

The maximum number of stay: 90 days.
Mandatory cleaning fee for a stay over 6 nights: 30 Euro.
The maximum number of guests:
Ideally for 2 persons, plus a small child; up to 4 persons can be accommodated.
A cot bed can be rented (10 Euro per stay).
A bicycle can be rented (10 Euro per day).

Drei Nächte: 160.00 Euro

House rules:
- Non-smoking in our premise.
- Pets cannot be accommodated in our premise.
- Any cancellation / alteration should be informed by email to studiowindrad@gmail.com, until 48 hours before the check-in day. After that period, no cancellation/alteration to the original reservation can be accepted.
- There are several types of payment options available. The option of bank transfer is recommended for those who wish to guarantee their booking. There is the option of cash payment upon check-in; however, in case that the guests fail to check-in by 7pm or fail to notify their late arrival time, the Studio won’t be held.
